The goal of is to provide a supportive community for teachers and to inform and engage in discourse with educational stakeholders about the teaching profession. My interview consisted of a personal statement (why I want to become a teacher), what hardships I have encountered in my experience, what successes I am proud of, what my informed opinion was on current issues in the local education sphere.I had a panel of 2 little old ladies (one took notes, the other asked questions), and it actually wasn't very frightening at all. They saw I was nervous, and one of them said, 'Don't worry dearie, we aren't going to eat you'. They were super nice.Remember to smile.:) Shoulders back, chin up. Look confident!.
